How I teach...

I like to combine three components, which I believe are important for anyone interested in a healthy lifestyle and spiritual development: meditation, techniques for transformation of negative emotions into positive energy, and posture practice focused on correct alignment of the body.

About me...
My yoga journey started after I completely fell for the magic of the birth of my fist child. A special connection to "the invisible world" I discovered in the process brought me to study at the school of Raja Buddhi Yoga in Moscow, Russia.

27 years later... Still feel excited exploring the endless possibilities of spiritual traditions, originating from ancient India, China, and Mexico!

What I believe in...

  • Each human being is unique and it's a way for the Universe to engage IN CREATIVE PROCESS. We find OUR WAY, when we start embracing this process
  • ​STRESS originates from ignoring the fact that our MICROCOSM is a small part of the greater MACROCOSM and falling out of alignment with this much more powerful energetic presence
  • Deep esoteric traditions are as useful for individual spiritual progress as they were thousands of years ago, but a little makeover to suit a modern lifestyle and cultural evolution makes this knowledge more accessible and more enjoyable!
  • Nobody should ever feel guilty about experiencing PLEASURE and feeling HAPPY
